Overview

Set on a quiet wooded lot, this quaint brick tudor graces the neighborhood. Our design included a backyard patio with an outdoor kitchen, all enclosed by a low retaining wall and steps to the yard, leading to the park. We began with excavation and grading at the rear of the house, pitching the subgrade away from the foundation, then added sub-drainage to carry water away. Classic flagstone paving was installed after the retaining walls and stairs. Plantings and furnishings followed, and last but not least, a built in grill for a welcoming outdoor dining experience.
